I spent 15 years building a business that allowed me to raise my kids, travel, and coach women in confidence and health. After a season in real estate, I found myself craving the time freedom, peace, and purpose I once had—while navigating my own health challenges in midlife.

Through faith and experience, I found a natural path that helped me reclaim my health and reignited my passion for helping others do the same. Today, I support women in feeling better, living healthier, and creating lives that truly align with their values and families.
